Peter Worster

After 12 years working at IBM, Bayer and Barclays, Peter set up his own marketing consultancy, offering a blend of practical and insightful strategic planning skills to both agencies and clients.

In 2000 he joined Presky Maves as Planning Director where his work contributed to multi-award winning campaigns for Glenfiddich, Barclaycard, Barclays and IKEA. He became the agency’s Group Managing Director, steering the company’s growth in the UK and internationally, both organically and through acquisitions and mergers.

Peter believes that the current explosion of richer data and cheaper technology offers brands a fantastic opportunity to grow customer engagement and value through personalised relevancy.
